    A guy over here in Birmingham (England not Alabama!) I know is a member of the American pre 5O's Auto Club,got hoardes of 40s sedans to 70s muscle cars,he has a scrapyard here but said if you really want to see olduns go off the beaten track,route 66, supurb photo oportunities..
    trouble is they are being lifted for Chinas big appetite for raw steel

    Thanks for that, I've actually shot some great Route 66 stuff, but no
    junkyards, great idea. I doubt I'll be on your friend's side of the
    pond anytime soon though.
