    The toro pictured here is incredibly fatty- definitely not from a wild-caught fish. It probably came from a mediteranian tuna ranch. This is not such a healthy dish. For the same price, 3-4 beef/lamb/chicken entres could be had and with half the mercury content. Leave the poor tuna alone.

    But fish and fish oil also has tons of really good health benefits and it's so delicious! Mmm so good, totally worth it.
